  • An Innerview is a one-hour conversation (over Zoom) where we ask thoughtful and heartfelt questions about you, your work, and the people you serve. This Innerview is the foundation for all the content we create. It helps us capture your authentic voice and clarify what makes your work meaningful and unique.

  • The process is 3 simple steps:

    1. Schedule your Innerview. You choose a convenient time and receive a short preparation video.

    2. Do your Innerview. We meet on Zoom and explore the heart of your work and story.

    3. Receive your content. Within a few business days, you receive your completed content package.

  • Depending on the package you choose, you may receive:

    • An About Me section

    • An About My Practice section

    • 10 social media posts with hashtags

    • A 2–3 minute intro video

    • Short video reels for social media

  • After your Innerview, your written content package is typically delivered within three business days. Video content may take slightly longer depending on the package selected.

  • Yes! Everything we create is based directly on your Innerview. Because the content comes from your own words, ideas, expressions, and experiences, the final material reflects your voice and perspective rather than generic marketing language.

  • Our proprietary workflow uses advanced AI tools mostly for transcribing and organizing the raw Innerview material. From there, our very human senior creatives make final passes, integrating your tone and unique expression in your marketing content!

  • You do. The content you receive can be used on your website, social media, marketing materials, professional profiles, or anywhere else you communicate about your work.

  • Your content is based on your own words from the Innerview, so it usually feels very familiar and accurate. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do one free edit pass from your notes to refine it.

  • Not much. We provide a short preparation video so you understand the process, but the conversation itself is designed to be natural and guided. You don’t need to script anything.
