My background began in filmmaking—collaborating with amazingly talented artists—where I loved writing dialogue to suit the actor’s natural style. Eventually I founded Therapick, an online video directory designed to help you pick a therapist through resonance and personal fit. From that work—and through thousands of consultations with coaches, therapists, and independent professionals—I kept seeing the same pattern: people are passionate and skilled at what they do, but struggle to clearly express it.
